Health Matters 360 | Life in Balance

physical matters

We all understand that physical fitness is important but what does that actually mean and how can we achieve it?

Most people believe that 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week constitutes a good physical fitness regime and a foundation for health. So a few trips to the gym or pounding the pavements ticks the box.

However, the official advice in the UK is for 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical actitvity at least 5 times a week.

Add to this, the fact that physical fitness is not just about regular exercise, it s about the right type, level, quality and quantity for your particular profile and you can see that achieving physical fitness can be rather more challenging.

However, with some powerful guidance, support and motivation from a highly trained team of experts you can achieve your optimum fitness with greater ease and achieve better long term sustainable results.

Our team works across a variety of personal objectives including:

  • Training for a specific sporting challenge
  • Improving overall fitness and health
  • Recovering from an injury or operation
  • Weight loss and management
  • Getting in shape for a special event – wedding, pregnancy, film
  • Cardio rehabilitation
  • Plus many more

We offer 1-2-1 programmes, fitness days and health hubs to
help guide you to a greater overall health, fitness and
wellbeing so that you can achieve a life in balance.
