Sarah Morgan
Founder & Director
Sarah is passionate about the 360 approach to health and wellbeing, both in and out of the work place. Having been MD of 2 successful communication agencies in London, she later went on to develop her own interests in the power of the mind in health and wellbeing.
Sarah is one of only 60 trained practitioners in the UK of the meditative and relaxation technique “The Art Of Being Still”. This unique practice, has been developed over many years and brings together various meditation practices to ensure that it is not only effective but can also be built into every day life to ensure maximum benefit. As Head of Mind Matters, Sarah works with our team of specialists, including hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT coaches.
Ian Freeman
Director & Head of Physical Matters
Ian has an honours degree in Sports Science, and is a qualified fitness instructor as well holding numerous sports specific coaching awards. He has over 15-years experience within the health and fitness industry, and has applied this expertise to create inspiring and effective programmes for individuals and teams. Ian has worked in both the private and public fitness sectors and has been responsible for launching a number of health, fitness and wellbeing facilities throughout the UK.

Kevin Dobson
Physical Matters
Kevin's training sessions are focused on the client's needs and capabilities, are simple yet effective, making sure the client is always challenged; but not pushed too far. He prides himself in his work, offering permanent success rather than a quick fix. He has extensive experience and knowledge, which he uses with a range of clients from professional sport people to the general public. Kevin enjoys this diversity of challenges and is known for his success.
Kevin is always seeking to improve his knowledge and coaching skills, is currently studying Coaching with Applied Science at Bucks University; and will be taking his UKSCA (United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association) accreditation in 2011. In his spare time, Kevin coaches Marlow Youth FC under 7s, putting the knowledge he has gained throughout his career into helping young rising stars.

Kevin Woollett is a highly qualified personal trainer with over 20 years experience in fitness, wellbeing, injury rehabilitation and sports coaching. He is dedicated to helping you make the most of your potential and uses the latest techniques to help you achieve it. His approach is to create a warm and friendly atmosphere in which you can relax and perform..
Qualified to HLC level 2 with the CHEK institute, a world leader in exercise education, his passion for training is born of an early career in competitive martial arts, along with a underlying desire to help people achieve their fitness goals. Kevin specialises in improving core strength and all over body fitness with a particular interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Kevin's professional, friendly and open approach regularly results in him building long-term relationships with his clients that produce sustainable results.
Ian Souch
Physical Matters - Tai Chi/ Chi Kung and Massage Specialist
Having originally trained in shiatsu in Osaka Japan 1992. Ian then studied different systems of massage including Swedish and Indian Head massage. He mostly practises acupuncture and tuina, which he studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in the UK.
Ruth Evered
Physical Matters - Massage Therapist
Ruth has been practising Sports and Remedial massage for ten years and works with hockey, netball and polo players in the Berkshire area, as well as sporting individuals who are looking for maintenance treatment to enhance their performance. In addition to athletes, Ruth also works with pregnant and post-natal women helping them adjust to the physical stresses and strains often caused by pregnancy and childbirth.
Nina Hardy

Nina is a fully qualified massage therapist, and has been working as a therapist for the last 6 years. Nina has a passion for holistic treatments and specialises in a range of massage treatments and hot stone therapy to support relaxation.
Jimmy Tsirigotis
Physical Matters - Corfu
Jimmy has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years and, as well as holding a Diploma in Health & Fitness, he is a leading personal trainer in Corfu. He also co-owns and manages a fitness club on the island, near Acharavi.
Jimmy is a sought after professional in his field and his friendly, confident attitude allows him to bring a sense of success and triumph to all his clients. A keen sportsman, Jimmy regularly competes in marathons during his spare time, in addition to practicing martial arts (in which he holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate) and weight lifting.
Melissa Vandivier
Physical Matters (Yoga) - Corfu
Melissa was born in Canada but spent her formative years growing up in the UK. She moved to Hong Kong in 1998 and qualified as a yoga instructor soon after. She initially started the practice to form a greater connection with herself and others and, over 11 years later, she continues to enjoy guiding others to experience the clarity of physical, mental and spiritual harmony through yoga.
Melissa has trained and taught classes in Asia, Portugal and Greece. Having tried various styles of yoga, she now instructs classes in Hatha, Hot, Vinyasa, Power and Yin Yoga. She is greatly inspired by leading practitioners, such as B.K.S. Iyengar, Baron Baptiste, David Swensen and, of course, all her students past and present.

Jenny Tschiesche
Head of Nutritional Matters
Jenny, BSc Dip ION FdSc mBANT NTC is a graduate of the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London and a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist.
She advises on a broad spectrum of health issues and how food can be used to improve overall wellbeing. She is highly experienced on the subjects of weight loss, sports nutrition, hormone health and nutrition in pregnancy and has worked with numerous health related groups including Celiac UK and LighterLife, PKD Charity, and the NCT. She has an extensive knowledge of the nutritional aspects of all matters relating to health and wellbeing.
Jamie Richards
Nutritional Matters
Jamie is passionate about all aspects of nutrition and has completed 4 years of study and qualified at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) accredited by the University of Bedfordshire. He is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and abides by their strict code of ethics and practice. Jamie is also a registered practitioner of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council and member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners and so able to accept NHS referrals from GPs, hospitals, primary care trusts, practice nurses and health visitors.
With 5 years of experience in organic food retail, Jamie has a broad understanding of the food supply chain and current food trends which enables him to help clients make educated and practical choices on the food they eat, and the profound influences our nutrition has on our physical and mental health. Jamie is also an amateur club runner, racing on a regular basis and is a keen cyclist. He is currently training as a UK athletics running coach
Nicki Hough
Nutritional Matters Matters
After an initial career in corporate finance, Nicki’s passion for health, lead her to study Functional Medicine and Nutritional Science, and she graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, London.
Her particular interests are in the positive impact that nutrition has on mental & physical health and how to support the more damaging effects of poor nutrition related to addiction and mental health issues. She has worked with NHS Commissioning Managers, Private Healthcare Providers, Chief Pharmacists,Public Health, Policy Makers, Formulary Committees, Steering Groups, Integrated Health Teams, Primary Care Trusts, Consultants, GPs, Nurses and Key Workers, as well as organising & speaking at CPD events & conferences.
Nicki is a registered practitioner with The British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Adam Simmonds

Health matters 360 are delighted to be working with Adam Simmonds of Danesfield House, one of the countries leading chefs whose passion for cooking is matched only by his interest and belief that nutritional content is just as important as quality ingredients, flavour and presentation.
Adam is creating meal plans and recipes, alongside Jenny (our Head of Nutritional Matters), that help tackle many of the health issues commonly experienced today such as food intolerances, diabetes, high blood pressure and weight loss.
Adam Simmonds at Danesfield House has been described by The Good Food Guide as “one of the top 10 Chefs to watch in 2010 and voted 19th best restaurant in the UK by the Good Food Guide and supported by another 4 AA Red Rosettes.
Costas Tsirigotis
Chef - Corfu
Costas's love affair with food began in 1986 when his Greek parents opened Theritas restaurant on the island of Corfu. After studying at Le Monde, the school of hotel and tourism studies, he worked in various fine dining restaurants in Athens and on the Greek mainland, as well as working as Head Chef for his family-owned restaurant and Nixon Bar and Restaurant in Corfu.
Highly passionate about cuisine, Costas has been responsible for creating menus for restaurants in Athens and Strasbourg, France. He has a personal interest in health and fitness and keeps fit by mountain biking, playing basketball and swimming off many of Corfu's beautiful beaches.

Janice has over 25 years experience in strategic and operational Human Resources and business consultancy. Working across a range of sectors and with start ups to top 20 companies, Janice is a qualified coach and has a passion for integrating personal positivity and wellbeing into the work place. With the creation of many unique tools and programmes, Janice has demonstrable experience of working with both individuals and companies to attain higher levels of personal growth and enhanced performance..
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MBA from Henley Management College, Janice is also a Master Practitioner in NLP, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a Psychotherapy Counsellor.
Carl Daeche

Carl is an experienced, qualified coach and high-level facilitator. Having worked as a police officer for 25 years and with over 10 years of experience in leadership development, he provides a unique insight into Mind Matters and brings his sessions to life with his energy and passion for encouraging others to lead a better life.
Carl's dynamic, creative and flexible approach to leadership development with the Metropolitan Police Leadership Academy resulted in being awarded the prestigious Queen's Award for Innovation in Police Training. He is excited to share his experiences with guests of Health Matters 360 and to help them establish a renewed sense of direction and purpose, as well as better performance, in their personal and working lives.
Roger Longden
Mind Matters
Roger has over 18 years experience in the corporate and public sector with a proven track record in delivering tangible results. Roger's passion is to bring out the best in others. He combines his coaching skills with his knowledge around Emotional Intelligence and health & fitness to ensure clients achieve the personal outcomes they seek.
Roger holds a Diploma in Education studies, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies along with a post-grad diploma in Operations Management and is a Henley Business School qualified and certified coach. He is also a qualified NLP practitioner. On a personal note, Roger is a competitive rower, is a Progression Mentor for the Prince Trust and has also raised over £500k for ActionAid HIV projects through bi-annual trekking / cycling events in Malawi.
Sue Roberts
Mind Matters
Sue Roberts is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of NLP, and Life Coach. A graduate of the highly respected Quest Institute, she has also assisted on their training courses. Sue is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), a TFT and EFT Practitioner, an accredited Project You Life Coach, a Confident Childbirth Coach and is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
Sue regularly contributes to the local press and BBC Radio, giving expert comments on life and emotional issues and writes for a variety of publications, most recently appearing in Natural Health magazine, Reveal, Dial magazine, Pride magazine and Slim at Home.
