Whether you want to prepare for a very special occasion or sporting event, recover from an illness or surgery that’s knocked you off balance, prepare for an operation or the amazing stages of pregnancy and birth, our bespoke 1-2-1 programmes are for you.
Your programmes may range from just a few sessions to get you back on track to a more long-term programme for greater and more sustainable results.
1-2-1 Programmes include:

- initial consultation including health screening
- 6 personal training sessions
